Nader/Gonzalez '08 at UCSB

I was fortunate to have the chance to see Ralph Nader and Matthew Gonzalez Speak at the Corwin Pavilion at UCSB Sunday, September 28th.
Nader's political view conflict drastically with those of Mccain, as well as Obama. With his representation of the Peace and Freedom party, Nader's focus is on eliminating war efforts, oil drilling, corporate crime, along with settling a living wage for all Americans. Nader faces difficult struggle, mainly dealing with lack of followers, but corporate news, along with propaganda, forces us to question our trust, and our beliefs in true Peace and freedom.
I had a chance to talk to Matt Gonzalez one on one about his position. I feel a sense of hope with people who actually would like to make the world a better place, rather than to follow their funders Agenda. Nader/Gonzalez has my vote for the upcoming election, and they should have yours too.
